Visit to Val di Sole
The tour starts from Trento and bikers will be immediately put to test by the climb towards Monte Bondone and the picturesque Valle dei Laghi with a stop at Lago di Lagolo or at Lago di Santa Massenza. There is an optional short detour to Lago di Toblino with its splendid castle. The climb towards Madonna di Campiglio is very pleasant and the perfect occasion to stop along the way and taste the typical products of Val Rendena. Once reached the top don’t forget to take pictures of the majestic Dolomiti di Brenta and the peaks of the Adamello Brenta Nature Reserve. The way down takes straight to Val di Sole and then to Val di Non where a series of breath-taking hairpin bends lead to the well-known Passo della Mendola at the border with Alto Adige. The popular “wine route” winds back towards Trento along gentle slopes and green vineyards.
